1. Ordering Questions
Do I need an account to shop?
No, you can check out as a guest.
Creating an account simply gives you extra benefits—faster checkout, easy order tracking, and early access to product launches and deals.
Forgot your password?
Click “Lost password?” on the login page and follow the email reset link to create a new one.
Entered the wrong email?
Reach out to our support team right away. We can help update your email, contact info, or shipping details.
Please note: once an order is submitted, product selections cannot be changed.
Will I be charged exchange fees?
All payments are processed in USD.
If your card uses a different currency, your bank or card issuer will calculate the conversion using their daily rate.
What payment options do you accept?
We currently support major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
We do not accept bank transfers, checks, or COD payments.
Is my payment information safe?
Absolutely.

Can I change or cancel an order?

We may accept or decline orders at our discretion, even after confirmation. Any declined order will be fully refunded.

Cancellations after submission incur a 30% processing fee, charged by our payment processor.

Orders that have been prepared or shipped cannot be canceled.
How should I enter my shipping address?
Please enter your address using English characters only so our system can process it correctly.
Can I update my address after placing an order?
Changes are not possible once processing or shipping begins.
We recommend using a reliable home address instead of a temporary location.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected.
Once shipped:

Customs delays may occur and are outside our control.
How do I track my order?
Tracking details are sent automatically after shipment.
If you haven’t received yours within 1 business day, check your spam folder or contact support.
Can I use more than one discount code?
Promo codes generally cannot be stacked unless specifically stated.
What if an item is missing from my package?
Contact us immediately and we’ll assist you with a solution.
2. Shipping & Customs
When will my order be shipped?
All orders ship from our warehouse in China.

Processing time: 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

Shipping occurs the day after processing is completed.
During holidays or major sales, processing may take longer.
I haven’t received tracking information. What should I do?
If tracking hasn’t arrived within 5 business days of payment, please reach out so we can help.

3. Returns & Refunds
How do I request a return?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging, with all tags attached.

Contact our support team with your order number and return reason to begin the process.
Items marked as final sale cannot be returned. See our full policy on the Returns Page.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for all return postage costs and any related customs fees.
What if I received a defective or incorrect product?
Please report the issue within 7 days of delivery.
Provide photos of the item and packaging along with your order number.
We will arrange a replacement, refund, or other solution.
How long does it take to process returns?
Allow up to 14 business days after we receive your returned item.
You’ll receive an email once the return is completed.
When will my refund arrive?
Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Credit/debit card refunds: 7–10 business days after processing.
Bank posting times vary, so please check with your card issuer if it takes longer to appear.
