1. Order Processing Times

Regular Orders:
Most orders are prepared within 2–5 business days after the payment is successfully verified. Once packed, they are handed off to the carrier on the next business day.

Made-to-Order / Special Collections:
Some items that require additional preparation or customization may need 10–20 business days before shipment.

High-Demand Seasons:
During major holidays or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly longer due to increased order volume.


2. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking Updates

Once your package leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with:

  • A tracking number

  • A direct tracking link

You may check shipping progress anytime through the carrier’s tracking page.


3. Delivery Details

Delivery Partners:
We work with dependable logistics carriers. In some regions, packages may be delivered through local postal services or third-party couriers.

Missed Deliveries:
If no one is available at the address, the courier may leave a delivery notice or instructions for pickup or rescheduling.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. A new order may be required to resend items.
